MY STORY

 

Pinched. was born from a love of throwing methodically on the wheel and experimentation with gas reduction firings.  The reduction process produces a range of effects on the outcome of the glazes and therefore each piece has a unique characteristic of its own with each firing.

Nevena started her journey with ceramics in 2016 where she attended classes and short courses in Sydney. After falling in love with throwing on the wheel and refining her skills for 2 years, she began Pinched. as a small business creating individual and bespoke pieces.
